Awwww this is so cute! I fell in love with this right when I saw it! You have such a wonderful style! But I think that the two front paws differ in thickness. I suggest making the right paw more thinner. Also, the head is kind of off-balance. The very top of the head is too high. Since you used MS Pain for this, make a circle for the head and then used curve tool on the circle for the face and it will look much better. ^_^ And my last critique is the eyes are too low. They shouldn't be in the area where the cheek is supposed to be. It's a little unnatural, even if it's a chibi. And that's about it.
